OPPORTUNITIES & SOLICITATIONS
RWP
DOTC offers funding opportunities to NAC members through monthly solicitations called Requests for White Papers (RWP). The RWP offers NAC members the opportunity to propose prototype technologies to the Government’s technology requirements.
DOTC will release a new Request for White Papers (RWP) each month according to the below schedule. The White Paper submission window will be open for 21 days from the solicitation release date. If you are a government customer with requirements you would like to release in an upcoming solicitation, please email us at usarmy.pica.usamc.mbx.dotc-mailbox@mail.mil.
To view complete solicitation information please visit the NAC Members Only site. This site is only accessible by NAC Members who have a member login for the site. TCP
DOTC offers Government customers the opportunity to conduct “market research” through Technology Collaboration Plans (TCPs). TCPs are comprised of Technology Collaboration Topics (TCTs) which are requests for technology information (new and innovative ideas, suggested state of the art breakthroughs and market surveys for near term requirements). TCTs are not solicitations for award, but are opportunities for NAC members to showcase technological solutions that the Government may not be aware of and to collaborate to see if they are a feasible way ahead to solving particular problems.
DOTC will release Technology Collaboration Plans (TCPs) each month according to the below schedule. NAC members will have 45 days to submit TCP Technology Papers from the release date. If you are a government customer with a potential technology topic you would like to submit, please visit the BIDS Reference Materials section to find the DOTC Technology Collaboration Topic Guide and DOTC Technology Topic Template.
